Artwork Guidelines
Great prints start with great files. A few simple rules will help your transfers come out exactly as you picture them.
Use PNG files
PNG is our preferred format because it keeps transparent backgrounds clean.
Build at 300 DPI
Create or export your artwork at 300 DPI at the size you want it printed. Low-resolution images print soft and blurry.
Stay in RGB
Submit your artwork in RGB color. Our printers are tuned for RGB files, and CMYK files can shift in color.
Use transparent backgrounds
Anything in your file that is not transparent will print. Remove backgrounds you do not want on your garment.
Leave breathing room
Leave a little space between designs on your gang sheet so they are easy to cut apart and press.
