What is a DTF transfer?
DTF stands for direct to film. Your design is printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and then heat pressed onto a garment. It works on cotton, polyester, blends, and many other fabrics.
What is a DTF gang sheet?
A gang sheet is one sheet of DTF film that holds many designs arranged together. Filling a sheet with several logos, names, or graphics lowers the cost per design. When it arrives, you cut your designs apart and press them onto garments as orders come in.
What sizes do you offer?
Our gang sheets are 22 inches wide and come in lengths of 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 inches.
How much do DTF gang sheets cost?
Pricing starts at $10 for a 22x20 sheet and goes up in $10 steps for each additional 20 inches: $20 for 22x40, $30 for 22x60, $40 for 22x80, and $50 for 22x100.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single sheet.
Do I need a printer to use DTF transfers?
No. Our transfers arrive printed and ready to press, so all you need is a heat press, a Teflon sheet or parchment paper, and your garments.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $7 by UPS. Orders of $100 or more ship free.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 11 AM CST ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM CST ship the next day.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the USA.
Can I build my own gang sheet or upload a file?
Yes. You can arrange your designs in our online gang sheet builder or upload a ready-to-print file.
What file should I upload?
PNG files at 300 DPI in RGB color work best. See our artwork guidelines page for details.
How do I press my DTF transfers?
Press at 300°F (275°F for 100% polyester) with high pressure, 70 to 80 psi, for 10 to 12 seconds. Peel the film right away in one quick, smooth motion, then cover the design and press for 5 more seconds. See our pressing instructions page for the full steps.
